HarryUp APP App HarryUp is an app that helps users improve their time management skills and cultivate good working habits at the same time. HarryUp employs techniques of goal management, theories of Psychology and experience related to habit cultivation to help students become more efficient. How it works: This App combines the traditional functions of Apps like Google Calendar and creative functions that help users cultivate good habits. The user starts using the app every day by creating a daily to-do list. When adding each activity to the list, HarryUp asks the user to enter specific habit(s) the user will want to improve when executing this activity. The App then records the activity and its corresponding habits. The to-do list is created by repeating the above steps. The user then chooses a specific activity and presses "start" button. A countdown will appear on the screen. The user informs the app when he/she finishes the current activity, and the countdown stops. HarryUp will ask the user whether he/she has paid attention to improving those habits associated with this task; the user then ticks the habits he/she has paid attention to during the activity. The user repeats the above steps until he/she finishes all the activities on the daily to-do list. The App keeps track of a "library" of habits, and the user can either create new habits or choose habits from the library when associating habits to specific activities. The App also keeps track of how the user improves in terms of a specific habit by looking at how many times the user has successfully paid attention to this habit. The App will also measure the user's efficiency by comparing the time the user actually spent doing a specific activity with the time the user planned to spend on this activity.
